Red lumps on throat, tongue, and tonsils.

Recently, I have found these bumps on the back of my daughters tongue. She is only 13 years old. She has told me that she is experiencing no pain at all. We have not gone to the doctors because we cannot afford it at the moment.
Here is a picture of my daughters mouth.
Hopefully someone will be able to tell us what is the problem.

hi jenny this must be worrying for you,is a medical examination totally out of the question,just to ease your mind,theres a lot of things could be causing this hopefully nothing to do with cancer at all,maybe dr vinod will be able to be more helpful when he comes along, till then try not to worry too much.jimmy.

Not sure why you can't afford to see the doctor - it is free to see one on the NHS!

The bumps on the tongue look normal. Have a look at Figure 1.37 in Examination Technique with Normal Findings and Structures Mistaken for Disease.

Please see your doctor if concerned.
