lumps on sublingual fringe

Hi Dr. Joshi! Thanks for all you do!!!

I just noticed some (about 6) little (about the size of a pen tip) redish/clearish bumps along the sublingual fringe on the lower left side of my mouth. They do not hurt or bleed. They are all lined up along that "flap". I am a former chewing tobacco user and am currently fighting off a cold. I also use nicotine lozenges quite often (15+ a day).
I am seeing my dentist for a check up next week Wednesday but am wondering if there is any explanation for these bumps that would help me sleep until then.

Thanks!

Hello Runner10

Can't tell what the tiny bumps are from your description but I would be very surprised if it was cancer, so go to sleep now. Me too!

Let us know how you get on.

Best wishes
Vinod Coffee
