Hi Omee
First and foremost, quit using chewing tobacco--it's truly disgusting, and there's not a single benefit to using any form of the noxious weed. Ear ache was one of my symptoms, and it won't get better as time goes on. Mine felt like there was some kind of blade stuck in my ear, and by the time I had half of my tongue replaced the pain was pretty much constant. Since you've already had this for a month, and it's still there, you should see your doctor as soon as possible. DO NOT WAIT! It's impossible to tell you whether or not what you've done to this point is sufficient, and only a doctor can determine that. Let us know how things turn out. Hello Omee
Your chewing habit could be responsible for your pains, much like chew gum too much can. Please see your dentist or doctor for a proper diagnosis. Often the pains in the area of the ear and side of face are TMD Myofascial pains. My advice on this can be found here. You may also find past discussions about myofascial pain helpful.
