I have a small lump on the inside of the lip,i dont know how its called, you know the part of the skin and flesh that "hides" your jaw and your down teeth, i am 15 years old i have never smoked in my life.i know its kind of funny but i would really like to let go of that worry.
It is somewhat-white coloured.

Hello kikoo

It is unlikely that you have a mouth cancer in view of your age and having no known risk factor.

If the lesion is whitish, it might just be hyperkeratosis caused by trauma from lip nibbling. If it is fluid filled, it might be a salivary extravasation cyst (also known as a mucuous retention or mucocele). It is best to see your dentist for a definite diagnosis as it is not possible to make a diagnosis ovet the internet.

Best wishes
