For the first five weeks after my neck surgery, I had no problems with my voice. Then suddenly my voice dropped out. The Doctor said that I have a paralyzed vocal cord, probably caused by swelling muscles pinching them. They said they would most likely fix themselves; and if not they could look at them after I complete the radiation and chemo; right now they just aren’t a priority. I was just curious if anyone else had experienced this side effect. It is probably just Gods way of telling me I talk too much.
Thanks Mike |

Thanks Dr Joshi,
There is some good information here. I haven't read them all yet, but it has been good reading. Since the radiation treatment can cause it; I doubt mine will be getting any better after starting it. I guess it's time to learn sign language just to be on the safe side. Thanks Mike |
