my 51 year old female friend has just finished 2 month course of radiation 10 days ago. For breakthrough pain she has 5 mg fentanyl patch. She continues to be have extreme nausea, fatigue and weakness. Is this post radiation effects or the fentanyl she is getting desperate to feel weel again and her oncologist is hard to communicate with
