Gump lump after accident

A few years ago i had my front teeth push all the way back in an accident (dropped a weight bar on it) and they have since been fixed and I also had a root canal. They look great now but right above my front teeth my gum was little swollen after the accident and never went away. Its a small bump, but i would like it removed. is that is possible? It looks like a normal gum just puffy, like a little growth....HELP!!!

Hello Larry

You need to see your dentist; it appears to be a dental problem you have.

Best wishes
