I have these White Lumps in & out of my mouth.. I have like 9 little lumps the size of pinheads on my upper lip & when i open my mouth on both sides in the middle on my mouth on the ends i have like clusters of little pin prick white lumps.. when i run my tounge around in my mouth i can feel little lumps on my cheeks & on the roof of my mouth.. I have a big patch on lumps on the right side of my cheek also probably about 1cm to 2cm in a oval shape i think.. I have been searching the net trying to find what they are.. I also have seen 2 doctors about it.. One said there ulcers & wash your mouth out with mouthwash & salt water everyday & they will go away for a month i did so & nothing happened & the other said i am lacking in vitamin B so i have been taking that for 2 months now & still it aint working.. So i am left thinking maybe there flat warts or somethink.. I do have like the same thing down below on my shaft of my penis & a little cluster when i pull my foreskin back they look like whats in my mouth but the doctor did a test & said they arnt warts.. So i a stuffed & everyone i have been seeing dont know either.. I am kinda worried & i hope there not flat warts either though i have been tested & i hope i dont get mouth cancer but does anyone here know what i am talking about? The lumps arnt itchy or anythink but my mouth sometimes feels like i have a mouthfull of pins in it..I also have like this white Mucous on my tounge most of the time it kinda looks like cum so the doctors said (which it aint cause i dont swing that way hehehe).. I do suffer from a muscluar Wasteing Disease called Pompas & i have also notice my little bro who also has this genenic disease also has these little lumps on hs upper lip so i am left maybe its our disease lacking somethink & causing this. The disease we have is very rare & no one knows about it really.. The only thing i can think of & what i have found on the net it is this???

Its my guess i have the HUMAN PAPILLOMA VIRUS but my mind is running a mile a minute.. I just hope someone can help me or tell me somethink.. The doctors & denists where i am dont know anythink or maybe its just me thinking the worst.. I dont know.. All i know is i am worried to hell & what they have told me to do hasnt worked or gotten any better!!!

I think you are describing Fordyce�s glands which are clusters of yellow-white submucosal pinhead glands noted in some patients along the upper lip near the vermilion. These enlarged ectopic sebacous glands can appear in the mucosa of the mouth (lips, cheek, tongue) and genitals. Localization may vary. They are asymptomatic and present in the majority of people. The etiology is unknown.

Look at Figs. 1.18 in this article called Examination Technique with Normal Findings and Structures Mistaken for Disease for pictures of normal appearances.
