| Lump on back of my tongue..does not look like Nicole's

It feels like I have something like a popcorn kernal back there..I felt back there and it feels like one of my taste bugs has gotten bigger or something. I felt it a couple of months ago..it went away and yesterday it came back. Incidentally, I had a little skin tag like bump on the roof of my mouth, yesterday, but it went way....What could this be?
