Ok guys... I'm looking for some extra advice here... So the 12 hour days have caught up with me and i've got a stinking cold. Problem is my nose is stuffed up and its ravaging my mouth where i'm having to breathe through it. On the biotene gel and liquid regular. & i'll use the huidifyer tonight. But my lips are sore and it feels like i've been licking the cat litter tray!!
