I noticed a painless red bump on my soft palate, a half of an inch from my last molar, around three weeks ago. It looks like an angioma. Today I opened my mouth and there is a flat red patch that spans across my soft palate. It kind of looks like petechiae. I don't have a sore throat, but I feel like I'm coming down with a cold. My lips and face have become extremly dry, but I attribute that to my workplace where there is practically no humidity. The only other oral problem has been an increased number of tonsil stones. The tonsil stones and foul taste in my mouth lasted for around two weeks. They subsided approximately a month ago when I started using Listerine. My only past medical history is GERD and hypothyroidism. Also, there is no family hx of oral CA. Thanks in Advance | |||

Hello phlavorful Please see your dentist or doctor for an opinion.
