here the first picture of ectopic lymphoid tissue (also known as oral tonsils, lymphoid aggregates, reactive tonsils) I found, mine are pink and smaller. They are soft, dome shaped or with flat top, smooth texture, movable, sessile, if light is directed on them they look semi transparent and occussionally they wax and wane.

I finally accepted that they are lymphoid aggregates that simply occur to people.
