Tongue Bump Young!

I am a 19 year old female, I dont drink but do smoke (have smoked since i was 14) I have a bump on my lateral boarder of my tongue that has been there for 6 months atleast. It doesnt change appearence, its the same texture and color of the rest of my tongue. Its like a extra piece, like i can lift the piece of my tongue a lil bit. What could this BE????????? Thanx for your time

Whatever it is, you should get an opinion from a dentist or specialist.

By the way, try and stop smoking - it could be the most important thing you do to improve your health. :soapbox:
