hi there im wondering if you can help me. i have been having a lot of tongue and mouth pain lately with no lesions. seen an ent who adv all looks normal and also oral surgeon on fri who said same. have you ever treated anyone who adv you they had mouth pain and all looked normal but did in fact have mouth cancer. i know it could be burning mouth syndrome aswell but i just want to make sure. my tongue does feel burnt as rough patch at bottom with little pimples on it. | |||

Hello lyns29 If there was a mouth cancer to be picked up, I would have expected on or both specialists to have picked it up. So that's good news. But you still need a diagnosis for your pain and be helped to manage it. So, see your doctor and ask for help.
