i have lupms in my mouth ..had them for years.. it is painless inside my mouth on the cheeks two lumps small and they have never grown or anything .. i had been to a doctor few years bak n he said it is nothing to worry about ... but now i read about mouth cancer n i get a lil worried... can there be a painless lumps in mouth without it being a reason to be worried
