Hi, Does anyone know if any research has been done into whether chewing Nicotene replacement Gum can cause cancer. I was diagnosed with cancer of the tonsil last year, and as I hadn't smoked for 16 years, didn't drink heavily and I was a 45 year old female this is a relatively rare cancer. I had been chewing nicotene replacement gum for a number of years, could this have caused the cancer?
