Lip Annoyance

Hey doc, for the past 10 days I developed a sensitive area in the left side of my lower lip. It does not bother me unless I bite it or push on it. Even then it is not painful, just different. The feeling is similar to the tenderness of a zit(pimple) on your face when you push on it. There is no discoloration around the area, it just feels strange. Any thoughts?

Hello Germz

Really, I have no idea. But it is not a mouth cancer! Could be a traumatised (from lip nibbling, knock, etc) minor salivary gland feeling tender.

Best wishes
