| Hi It looks like a papilloma or sebaceous gland on the undersurface of the tongue. Ask your dentist to refer you to the local maxillofacial specialist for an excision biospsy for a definitive diagnosis. Let us know how you get on. Best wishes Vinod

| Absolutely go to the dentist, especially since it seems to recur. If your dentist can't/won't do anything, get a referral to an oral surgeon. We take such things very seriously 'round here. Let us know how this turns out. Julia
