Hi Dave
My dentist advises 4 "meal moments" a day. No sugar what so ever- so choose drinks with artificial sweeteners. As we have no saliva our teeth rot much more quickly so we must take care about what we put in our mouths!
A meal moment is a proper meal or snack. I have told her that 4 is impossible as we have to eat a little and often. OK she says but keep flossing!

Sugar is great! Try eating soft fruit, blueberries. raspberries. strawberries etc with copious amounts of sugar and cream. Then you are getting vit c. calcium and calories with the fat.
Can't eat oranges or apples but now can open mouth wide enough to eat banana! SmilerHave just discovered cinammon so now making cinammon and raisin bread eaten with loads of earl grey tea.
Earl grey has more taste. Also found that filtered water tastes so much better than out of the tap.
Have a great wweekend
