Well, i think ive had this for many years but for some reason ive started worrying as the area(on the same position outside my face) has been itching. Near the bottom of my mouth where all them small spot things are(glands i think)? on the right i have a weird lump that seems split in the middle. Ive had a look and you can not see anythin unusual, it just feels out of place on comparison to the left side of my mouth. I keep playing with it with my tongue and ive told my parents and they said not to worry. I am a bit of a hydricondriact(however you spell it). Im 19, male and have never smoked plus no one in my family has had cancer. Anyone have any other explanations? Could it just be a gland out of place as i think its been there a few years?

Hello Miles

It is unlikely to be a mouth cancer but please see your dentist or doctor for a definite opinion as I can't make a diagnosis over the internet.

Best wishes for 2007
