Its now styed with me for over a month and the area around it is painful. Could this be mouth cancer? I am having it checked out on Monday but amd still very very worried. Hello peanutbutter It is not possible to make a diagnosis over the Internet but doesn't sound like you are describing a mouth cancer. It could be a recurrent abscess or minor salivary gland swelling or other. Please see your dentist for a diagnosis. Let us know how you get on.
