Two weeks ago,Dad finished 6 weeks of radiotherapy treatment for tongue cancer. A week ago he lost his voice completely. Is this 'normal' and will it return? Having 'lost' two thirds of his tongue to this evil illness, speaking/swallowing is difficult at the best of times, but this loss of voice, combined with the thick mucus is really getting him down. | |||
