small lumps

I noticed a small deep red lump on the floor of my mouth where there is tissue that connects to the floor of the mouth to the bottom of the tongue about 6 months ago. I now have another one the other side of the same connective tissue. Also have some very tiny lumps forming on the bottom of my mouth. All of them are a very deep red color. I am an ex-smoker. Quit 4 years ago, but I smoked for 27 years and smoked heavily for about 20 years. I am 43 year old female.Frequently have sore throat and rusky voice. I am worried and not sure of what to do or who to see. I don't really see doctors very often.

Hello Allison

Please see your dentist for an opinion as it is not possible to give an opinion over the Internet. Do let us know how you get on.

Best wishes
