I noticed this lump about 7 or so months ago, but I know I've had it longer that that...

Its a small lump(but very hard, doesn't move) above my canine, but its so far up it cannot be seen(if I were to press on my check it would be right next to the bottom of my nose) It doesn't cause any pain, only a tiny bit when I press on it.

It has worried me ever since I found it. I'm 19 will be 20 in July, I don't smoke or drink.

The tooth itself seems fine, its a bit worn down cause I grind on it a bit, but other than that nothing is wrong with it.

I don't have insurance so finding a dentist is nearly impossible. I was able to see a dentist about a year ago for my bottom wisdom tooth that is coming in. But I would never trust him again.... He couldn't tell by examining that my top wisdom tooth was in.

I have very bad anxiety, and a major fear of dentist ( had a very bad experience a couple years ago) When I thought something was wrong with my bottom wisdom tooth ( still has a flap of skin covering it.) I wasn't able to eat for a week and literally lost 10 lbs..

I worry that this may be something bad. Please tell me what you think, its really freaking me out.
