hi, i have just found a lump in the back of my mouth. right next to my uvula (spelling?). i looked at it in the mirror, and saw that it was white, and about as big as the end of my index finger. i thought it might be an ulser or something, so i washed out with salt water. im not experiencing any other symptoms of mouth cancer, no headaches, i havent coughed anything up. however, i have been sick here lately, but i do not want to mistake the flu for mouth cancer. do you think this spot could be cancer? im really scared at the possibility of that, and the fact that it was white inflamed my fears. your help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
