| Soft bump on Hard Palate

Hello all. I noticed a bump a few weeks ago on my hard palate and began to panic. But within a few days it started to shrink. I was never able to visibly see anything with a mirror. No discoloration. No pain. When I first noticed this it seemed alien and almost somewhat stiff? I do notice that if I push on it I feel a slight pressure on my sinuses. It's almost gone, but I do still notice it. Do I need to worry about this or is it normal?

Though the swelling is unlikely to have been a mouth cancer, you will need to see your dentist if you want a diagnosis. Thank you Dr. Joshi. I have an appointment for some fillings in a few weeks. Is it safe to monitor this and not worry if there are no changes up until then.
