mouth sore w/ good pics

I had small red "pin-prick" dots on my lips.
I switched to a diff toothpaste, and quit wearing lip-liner. It's on and off. I can't go to our dentist, b/c he's young and I'm scared too.
Can chemicals from lipliner trigger viruses (solvents attract it?) or some freak form of cancer hiding under the skin?
I was wondering if it's a cold sore? They are super tiney, start out like a red dot, and it took me FOREVER to get a pic bc they are small, but I'll include it...
The reason I was scared is I used a lot of chemicals a few years ago. I'm scared it will have a (gulp) effect in a few years...

And I remember these people having cold sores but they were pretty raised and visible...
Mine are barely noticeable to the naked eye. So that's why this thing is bothering me. bc if it's not that, then I am concerned.

Or is it a rare folliculitis (had that on hair line for a year (fungus and bacteria folliculitis), amlactin helped it go away completly. I also have on and off folliculitis, on my right cheek. That is in-curable and it can scar. Minocyline helped, doctors refuse to treat me as it causes stomach problems.

By the way, I was pissed about getting it, so literally played with it all day, an annoyance, yes I know hands should not touch sores, but anyways I twisted and pincked the skin super hard since I was angry at it, the pic is the BIGGEST it ever was, and this time it drained clear fluid! OMG! that's why it is a little bigger in the pic?
It's gone away (bc I stopped the liner and toothpaste? irritants?) so I can't go to the doctor as they would laugh at me, but it leaves a small indent sometimes. I have acne too...

L-lysine didn't help at all. Should I use the toothpaste and re-get it? That sucks. And then go to the doctor? I still think it's a cold sore, a really small one, that isn't really raised, I only think that now bc of the clear fluid.
Note, that is actual fluid on top of that red dot in the 1 pic, not a "clear blister", the actual fluid! The red dot (at it's biggest- I know still small...), is the "after pic" when I removed the fluid w/ alcohol. It was gone the next day.

To me it just looks like a little pimple/blemish/spot.
I get em round my lips too if my moisturiser is too rich.
I dn't think you need to worry about it being cancer.
If it's really persistant your G.P. could perscribe acne meds. The liquid is just pus like you get with regular spots. Roll Eyes

Hello Kim

It is very unlikely to be a cancer, more like what Chelle says - a pimple blemish.

Best wishes
