Small pimple like bumps inside lower lipGo ![]() | New ![]() | Find ![]() | Notify ![]() | Tools ![]() | Reply ![]()
I have had these littel pimply like bumps on my inside lower lip for about 3 months. They are irritated by the movement of my bottom teeth and usually after a few days I will try to squeeze them because they bother me so. Any ideas on what they are? They go away but come back in a few days.

Hi CamsMamaw These tiny lumps in your lip are likely to be Fordyce granules which are a common condition in which small yellow dots are observed in the oral mucous membrane; these represent misplaced sebaceous glands; once properly diagnosed, no treatment is necessary. (More, Case Report). See your dentist for an opinion. Let us know how you get on.
