Hello - I had a partial glossectomy 2 weeks ago. Making good progress but today my tongue is very tingly. Is this "normal"?

Hello Patricia

Yes, the tingling is normal. The pins and needles tingling sensation is called paraesthesia. It is related to the return of sensation from nerves injured by the surgery. It should get less and less noticeable with time.

Best wishes
