I have this spot on side of my tongue which is sensitive to spicy food , my other symptoms are thick post nasal drip and chronic sore throat lump in the throat and icant talk loud my throat feels swollen after hot food. I also have fordyces spots on my inner cheeks. I have been to dentist net they tell me it's fine just in my head .. I do suffer from anxiety am a hypochondriac

Please see your family doctor or dentist about these symptoms, especially a "chronic sore throat." You don't indicate how long you've had this, but anything that hangs on really ought to be examined. You might even want to get a referral to an ENT.

Since you have anxiety and suffer from hypochondria, you might want to stick away from online diagnosing, you'll only stress yourself out.
