Hi.
Im Abby a Graduating Nursing Student in the Philippines. Im taking im review now for my board exam. I happen to know about Tonsilectomy.
I know its a surgical management for that disorder, but the thing is in the Nursing care of Patient after the surgery is bothering me......Our reviewer told us to never give ice cream to our clients because it somehow build up residue caused by the milk content. What i want to know is that how true is it? where in fact there is coterization done. PLease could anyone could clearly explain to me this? How is Tonsilectomy done? pls halp thanks
