I have a very small and hard nodule located on my gum beneath one of my lower right molares. I tried to view it in a mirror, but was unable to see it because my teeth are very crowded at the bottom of my mouth and the nodule is below the base of the tooth. If I touch it with my finger, it kind of hurts. Nothing severe, just an irritation. Any advisement on what this might be?

Hi Betsy
Has your dentist looked at this nodule? If not, the best thing to do would be to set an appointment with either your dentist or your family doctor to have it examined. I wish I could give you a more conclusive answer, but that's really the best one I have. Please let us know how this turns out. Julia Howdilly doodilly, survivorinos! |
