Hello, my jaw is very tight on the right side, and my jaw seems to have a life of it's own, it suddenly shuts, and I find I am biting my tongue, does anyone else get that ?

Hi, I have had these lumps on my tongue since I was a kid. Sometimes I would use my fingers to pinch down on the lumps an they would break or go away. Now I am 25 and I have been know to bite my tounge really bad. I have tow blue lumps on my tongue: one on the side where I had a tooth removed and one near the tip. The one near the tip is really swollen and sore. I had a doctor look at it and he just took some pictures. He recomended to get me a biopsy, just in case. Could these lumpes be bites that never healed properly? or could it be cancer?
