My girl friend has a hole in her toung that hurts on occasssion She recently started smoking again and has not been to the Dr. in over a year she has other illness that affect her ammune system and she is very scared and I'm scared for her.

Welcome Pancake, what a cute nickname this is, you must tell how you came to have this name...I am sure it is a very cute story. Your friend needs to put the smokes DOWN!! Esp. with a HOLE in her tongue. You need to talk to her about getting herself to a doctor RIGHT AWAY!! This could be nothing, tho I very much doubt this, a hole is not ever a GOOD thing. Or I sure wouldn't think it would be....Please let us know how things go,,,,,Tell her that the only way to put things to rest is to go and find out what it is or it isn't.....Always Vicki
