I had a scare with a benign tumor that they removed and it was an odd type that could grow back, but bigger, so my surgeon made sure he got all of it.
Anyway I'm was a social than full time smoker for 5,6 years out of shear pain I was in depression wise...now i worry I always have cancer. so Ive been to 3 docs and 1 dentist who all say the white lesions are nothing, and I think it could be viral, but they are still there, wish I had a camera...they look like scaly little scales, white dotted scaley things. So my ENT doc said I could go to a tissue specialist who might know what it is. question is should I? What if it's something bad? |

My names Devon by the way, and I have great respect and admiration for what cancer any cancer patient must endure physically and mentally, it must just be so hard.

Hey, Devon! Chill, dude!
It's a 3 day weekend over here and probably one of those Bank Holidays over there. Dr. J. will be along at any moment to give you some sage advice. If you've been to 4 professionals who have told you 'it's nothing,' it probably is. I went to one guy twice who told me the same but he was wrong. How many professionals will it take for you to accept a diagnosis? If you still have doubts and an ENT said to go to a tissue specialist, do it! If it's something bad you'll be treated for it; if not, you can celebrate. Mimi |

I like your thinking...you seem to think about this scary stuff the same way I do...I've celebrated before not having something i thought I had...
I have severe obsessive cognition. hehe |

Hello Devon
I agree with Mimi's thinking. Let us know how you get on.
