hey im 20 used to smoke drink and just getting alittle scared because of google lol.. and cant get to docs or dentist till wednesday soonest ... came on over night at the smae time i got a realy soure tong after a night on the town.. but thats passed now and im left with the lump fealing in thop of mouth... it doesnt hurt to touch with toung and is verey smooth but if i poke it it hurts a little ... but whats makeing me scared is the fact that the cheek that the lumps buy is starting to feal num... cant realy see the lump in mouth but hears a pic... its on the left hand side of middel of my pallet...

It is difficult to tell from your photo and it is not really possible to make a diagnosis over the Internet. It is probably not a mouth cancer but you should see your doctor or dentist for a proper diagnosis. Do let us know how you get on ... and do avoid the smoking and drinking - you are worth more!
