Dear Liz

I am so sorry to hear about this; you have been a wonderful daughter. But as much as we would like to believe otherwise, all of us will have to close the chapter on our life here on Earth. It hurts. The pain of grief and loss is the price we pay for the love, good times, and wonderful memories of those we love. Your mum and you will benefit from help from a hospice or a social worker who specializes in grief counseling. There can be great comfort in the spiritual acceptance of our mortality.

Hold your your mum tight and tell her you love her, that is what she needs from you now. We are always here if you wish to talk to us.

Best wishes
Vinod
