Hi, i've noticed a small white bump on the inside of my lower lip, that shows no signs of healing. i've been chewing tobacco on and off for a little over a year and developped gingivitis from my frequent usage over the past couple of months. i quit for a period of about 2 months over the summer and i noticed this bump when i wasn't dipping. the bump still hasn't gone away, and keeps coming back even when i've bitten it off many times. i have no idea if this is precancerous or not, but i can only worry with my family history of cancer.
