I have been dipping on and off for about two years now...and i've quit for about a month and a half. I have 2 bumps on the inside of my lip that dont hurt and arent discolored. Should i be worried that it's cancer?

No point just worrying that the lumps are cancers what you have to do is see your dentist and get a professional opinion, worry won't help but your dentist will.Let us know what s/he has to say.
Quitting the tobacco habit was a smart move, tobacco is a significant factor in mouth cancer.
