Hello my name is Adam Nelson and I have a small white bump on the tip of my tongue.I chew with my friends sometimes is this related or am i just a worry wart.It does not hurt when i touch it or anything, so if someone can tell me what it is that would be great

Hello Adam
It is probably not a mouth cancer but you should get it checked out with your dentist. Chewing tobacco greatly increases your risk of developing a mouth cancer. Read this. It is best to stop using tobacco in any form. Do let us know what your dentist says.
