Lumps in both sides of my mouthGo ![]() | New ![]() | Find ![]() | Notify ![]() | Tools ![]() | Reply ![]()
I recently just quit chewing tobacco about 8 days ago and I have noticed by feeling with my tongue that I have about 6 small hard bumps on each side of my mouth. When I try to look at them there doesnt seem to be anything there but I can feel them with my tongue as well as with my fingers. There doesnt seem to be and discoloration or anything like that. My gums did feel raw when I quit and it burned when I put a new chew in so I gave it up. I started to dispise it. I also have the 2 of the same types of bumps on the inside of my top lip. There not painful, dont blead and they seem hard. Any thoughts

Hi rascalmc, I would think that if the lumps are not all in the same spot then it must be a good sign but I'm not an expert. Good on you for giving up the chewing tobacco. Hagg. 13 years and still kicking it. Never give up your fight.
