Hello Priya

The commonest cause of blood in saliva is gingivitis or a cut (e.g. toothbrush trauma). You need to see your dentist for a proper diagnosis. Good oral hygienes usually resolves it.

Priya, Honey you must calm yourself down some. You are going to have a attack of some sort if you do not. I mean it, you are going overboard here. You are so bound and determined to find something wrong here. When there probably is not a thing there. Like the Doc said, You have a cut or you could have scraped it. There are a lot of things that can happen it does not mean doom and gloom. I have had my blood in my mouth before. From over brushing. Flossing is the No. 1 reason for me. I was a flosser BIG TIME. You are worrying me with all this. Try to have a nice CALM weekend and MONDAY you will go to the DOCTOR. Please let us here from you....Ok? Try for me....always vicki lynn
