Hi Shaunee

Have you burned your mouth recently, or perhaps bitten your lip accidentally? Unfortunately, diagnosis via the internet is an inexact science at best Wink, but you're wise to get a doctor appointment.

Let us know how this turns out.

Hello Shaunee

Have a look at the previous posts about mucocele. It is a common fluid filled lump in the lip.

Best wishes

I had the same bump on my lower lip, it is not cancer or herpes. It is called " mucocele", and it happens to quite a few people. I read some posts where people went to an oral surgeon to have it removed thru surgery. I had a bump that would seem bigger on some days and then would decrease in size a week later. It was clear, hard, annoying sometimes, and I would not smile because it could be seen easily when I did. I was too scared have a surgery done on my lip so I waited and about 4 months later it is gone. It just disappeared slowly on its own and I hope it doesn't come back because it annoyed me a lot. So anyone who has this bump on the inside of your mouth on the lip, just wait it out and it should go away.
