i just noticed that i have a clear filled fluid bump on the inside of my mouth of my lower lip. I want to know is this herpes or cancer is this normal or what. Its not painful or anything and i didnt even noticed that i had it. im also going to make an appoitment for a Dr. but i would just like something to help put me at ease until i can get to my drs. appt. thanks

Have you burned your mouth recently, or perhaps bitten your lip accidentally? Unfortunately, diagnosis via the internet is an inexact science at best , but you're wise to get a doctor appointment.

Not that i can recall, i mean i drink alot of green and black tea but i dont think it was that hot lol. but im also a smoker i dont know if that has anything to do with it. thanks so much for responding hun

Have a look at the previous posts about mucocele. It is a common fluid filled lump in the lip.
