While I consider my recovery from the effects of radiation to have been that of steady improvement over the eight months since cessation of the treatment, I appear to have now reached a plateau.
I am not sleeping through the night (generally 3 or 4 hours only) and my energy level is consistently low. I am wondering whether this is due to poor nutrition. I have limited taste buds and never, never feel hungry. I have to deliberately make myself eat as regularly as I can. I feed myself, that may be part of the problem. Any suggestions? Regards, Fridge |
