Mass at back of tongue, swollen lymph nodes, elevated signs in blood work

I don't know if anyone has any insight, ideas or suggestions but for the last 3 years it feels like I am physically getting sicker.

Physical Abnormalities found: Level II, III, IIII show enlarged lymph nodes in my neck. Bilateral Mass found at back of tongue, tonsils in rear of throat are enlarged and according to an ENT have grown larger since I had Catscans with Dye taken.

Bloodwork Abnormalities: High C Reactive Protein levels for the last 3 years, Another level in bloodwork begining with an E that is usually moderately high with parasitic infections showed up in my blood work. Vitamin B12 fluctuates from being very low to being high. Liver Enzymes have fluctuated high for months at a time and return to normal, a nodule was found to be in my lungs. Hasn't grown but has been there in repeated scans for the last 2 years.

Other symptoms doctors have felt not to be related to those above: Acid reflux, and on avg of 4 episodes of sleep apnea which they dont feel needs treatment. Chronic sinusitis which one ENT told me if it shows signs of infection in the future can lead to meningitis

With all that being said, symptoms that cannot be defined by my doctors are constant fatigue, minor memory loss, and random cognitive dysfunctions. I have seen a regular MD over the last 3 years, 3 different ENTs, 2 neurologist, a pulmonary doctor, a muscle doctor, gi doctort\ and an infectious disease doctor.

MD - is at a loss for words as to what's going on.

Neurologist cannot find any medical explanation for my symptoms, they thought it was possibly anxiety.

Pulmonary said that the nodule in the lungs is not concerning to them because it hasn't grown or changed, they wont do biopsey on it.

Muscle Doctor feels nothing is muscle related.

Infectious Disease thought possible parasitic infection but no medical evidence in bowels and with only one blood level elevated they said they cannot medically treat me but they agree something in my body is showing signs, they weren't sure if it could be the onset of a disease. They also ruled out STDs, all forms of Hepatitis and other diseases common in other countries.

2 Ents advised me that they felt no concern with the lymph nodes and should be scanned every year to make sure no growth, they didnt want to do a biopsey and for the bilateral mass they thought I might have a low level infection (infectious disease recently ruled that theory out)

GI Doctor - ruled out crohn's, colitis and other intestinal disorders. Diagnosed Gastritis and acid reflux. Was under constant testing for a year along with pill camera, and other GI studies.

Most recent ENT - has concerns that my rear tonsils are swollen, was advised in his career he hasn't seen many people with those specific tonsils swollen. He advised me they are attached near my speech/swallowing areas and cannot be safely removed without affecting those movements. He also appeared to be concerned with the lymph nodes being swollen and is going to be repeating a scan to make sure they havent grown. He told me he recently diagnosed 3 cases of lymphnoma missed by regular mds and had same symptoms as me.

To satisfy my MD I saw a Psychologist who felt I did not have any anxiety issues and to further please my MD I had an evaluation done by a psychiatrist who also agreed that I show no psychiatric symptoms that could explain my actual blood results showing real symptoms along with the nodules/lymph nodes.

I have difficulty swallowing at times, sometimes it feels really tight, I did have food come up before but they said they felt it was acid reflux. The food barely got into my throat and my mouth forced it out. Happened only 2-3 times recently. I feel alot of fatigue, night sweats off and on over the years, abdominal pain in the lower left. My stomach also randomly swells up and down with no reason and when it swells I gain weight, when it goes down I lose weight. For example I can put a shirt on at night before bed and it might not fit, then the next morning it is fitting fine and sort of baggy. Different foods hurt with digestion, but I was told I have no allergies to food and do not have celiac disease per the gi doctor.

At this time I am concerned with Lymphoma, or possibly maybe throat cancer. Is there any specific test I should ask for? I have been seeing doctors for over the last 3 years and I have been getting sicker and no explanations.

Thanks in advance for any advice it is greatly appreciated.
