I just finished as fast, having no food and water. Normally when I do this, it is difficult to eat / swallow the first day, but this time it's different. It's been three days of eating now and there are raised lumps on the roof of my mouth in the back. It is painful when I swallow. My throat does not hurt tho. Does anyone have any idea of what this may be? I've never experienced this before.
