hi there, new here so mite be posting in wrong place, but need some advice, i have this long lump above my upper lip,not in the gum but under the skin, wich sits tight to my nose, it doesnt show, can only feel it wen i touch it or when put my tongue to the roof of the upper lip, (basically its on my "tash line". it doesnt hurt and has stoped growing the last month, what is it, and do i need to c my dentist or doctor? any help would be great

Yup, you've come to the right place.

You didn't say how long it's been there, but that it had stopped "growing the past month." The best place to start for any mouth problem is the dentist to see if it's a broken tooth, infected/dead root or what.
