Pocket of fluid?

Today I went to speech therapy and we were chatting and I said something about all the weight I've put on going to my chin!

Over the past couple of weeks I have developed a double chin which I thought was strange because I'm not putting any more weight on!

Anyway, my speech therapist said that apparently it's common for a pocket of lymph fluid (?) to go under the chin after radiotherapy. She said she's seen it happen to people usually 1/2 months after they finished and I finished just over 2 months ago.
Has anybody else experienced this?

I am going to ask my consultant about it anyway when I go on July 3rd but I'm just wondering if anybody else has had this happen!

Thank you xxx
