Today I went to speech therapy and we were chatting and I said something about all the weight I've put on going to my chin! Over the past couple of weeks I have developed a double chin which I thought was strange because I'm not putting any more weight on! Anyway, my speech therapist said that apparently it's common for a pocket of lymph fluid (?) to go under the chin after radiotherapy. She said she's seen it happen to people usually 1/2 months after they finished and I finished just over 2 months ago. Has anybody else experienced this? I am going to ask my consultant about it anyway when I go on July 3rd but I'm just wondering if anybody else has had this happen! Thank you xxx "I have heard there are troubles of more than one kind. Some come from ahead and some come from behind. But I've bought a big bat. I'm all ready you see. Now my troubles are going to have troubles with me!" www.kickingcancersarse.blogspot.com | |||
