Good Morning Naoval,
what you describe does not sound like cancer but it certainly needs attention, see your doctor
or dentist SOON! giving up smoking was a smart move, don't start again.
Keep Smiling

Hello naolval!

As John said, It doesn't sound like cancer, but neither of us is an MD. The smell leads me to believe that you have an infection or irritation of some sort; cancer doesn't usually smell. Find a dentist, a doctor or preferably an ENT to diagnose your problem.

Of course you're stressed! All of us are when we think we have cancer. Quitting smoking is the first positive step and if whatever you have proves not to be cancerous, that isn't a license to continue smoking. You know that though. Stop it!

Let us know what happens. I lived in Malaysia for a while and made many trips to various places in Indonesia. We have a board member, Sharifah, from Malaysia, who might be of some help should you need it.

Make doctor/dentist appointments immediately and get the puzzle solved. It doesn't sound life threatening.

Take care,

Mimi

Hello Naoval

Please see your dentist (or doctor) for an opinion. It is not possible to give a diagnosis over the Internet.

Best wishes
